1. Site publisher
The site FujiSpace(hereinafter « the Site »), accessible at fujispace.com, is published on a non-professional basis within the meaning of article 6 III 2° of French law n° 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN).
Pursuant to this provision, the publisher has chosen to keep his anonymity vis-à-vis the public. The publisher's identification data (name, first name, address and contact details) are kept by the host mentioned in article 2 below, who may communicate them to the judicial authority on request, under the conditions provided by law.

Vercel keeps the publisher's identification data pursuant to article 6 II of the LCEN. Any judicial request may be addressed to it in the forms provided by law.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, source code, algorithms, scores, generated signals, historical databases — is the exclusive property of the publisher or its partners, and is protected by copyright (art. L.111-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code), trademark law, and the sui generis right on databases (art. L.341-1 et seq. CPI).
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, extraction or substantial reuse, total or partial, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written authorization of the publisher, is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punished by articles L.335-2 and following of the CPI (up to 3 years imprisonment and 300,000 € fine).
The trademarks « FujiSpace » and the associated logos are not yet registered trademarks; their use is nevertheless protected by the theory of distinctive signs and unfair competition (art. 1240 C. civ.). The INPI filing is in progress.
4. Editorial liability
The information published on FujiSpace is provided strictly for indicative and entertainment purposes. It does in no case constitute investment advice within the meaning of article L.321-1 of the French Monetary and Financial Code, a personalized recommendation, an incitement to buy or sell financial instruments, nor a financial solicitation.
The publisher is neither a Financial Investment Advisor (CIF) within the meaning of art. L.541-1 CMF, nor an Investment Service Provider (PSI), nor a Digital Asset Service Provider (PSAN) within the meaning of art. L.54-10-1 CMF. It does not seek registration with the AMF.
The publisher implements reasonable means for the quality of the information but does not guarantee its accuracy, nor its completeness, nor its update, nor the continuous availability of the service. The user acknowledges using the information under his sole and entire responsibility.
The publisher cannot be held liable, on any basis whatsoever, for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential financial losses, lost profits, lost opportunities or any other damage resulting from the use of the Site, its content, or any investment decision made on the basis of the information disseminated.
5. Hyperlinks
The Site contains links to third-party sites (CoinGecko, DefiLlama, GeckoTerminal, Etherscan, Reddit, X, etc.). The publisher exercises no control over these sites and disclaims any responsibility regarding their content, their privacy policy, their availability or their commercial practices. Establishing a link to the Site is free provided it does not harm the publisher's image; any ambiguous or misleading link will be removed on request.
6. Personal data
The terms of collection and processing of personal data are specified in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of these legal notices.
7. Reporting unlawful content
In accordance with article 6 I 5 of the LCEN, any content you consider unlawful may be reported to the publisher at fujispace@fujispace.com with the following information: date of notification, identity of the notifier, URL of the disputed content, factual and legal grounds, and copy of prior correspondence with the author of the content if applicable.
Presenting content as unlawful in order to obtain its removal while knowing it to be lawful is punishable by one year of imprisonment and a fine of €15,000 (art. 6 I 4 LCEN).
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These legal notices are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall, after attempted amicable resolution, be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts, and for users having the status of trader, to the courts of the jurisdiction of the publisher's registered office (or, failing a published office, of the host's jurisdiction).
