Cookie policy

This policy explains which cookies and similar trackers (hereafter collectively « cookies ») are used on the fujispace.com site, why they are used, and how you can manage them. It complements the Privacy Policy.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file deposited by a website on your terminal (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit it. It allows the site to remember information — for example, the fact that you are connected to your account — and to function properly.
We also use the term « cookie » to designate other similar technologies such as local storage objects (localStorage, sessionStorage), browser identifiers or pixels.
2. Cookies used
We classify cookies according to their purpose. Only strictly necessary cookies are deposited without your consent; the others are only activated after your explicit agreement.
2.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential to the operation of the service and to the security of your session. They are exempt from consent in accordance with article 82 of the I&L Act.

2.2 Audience measurement cookies
These cookies help us understand how the service is used, in order to improve it (pages visited, journeys, errors encountered). They are only deposited after your consent, unless they strictly comply with the exemption conditions set by the CNIL (limited measurement, no cross-referencing, no sharing with third parties).

2.3 Third-party cookies
Some service features rely on partners who may deposit their own cookies:

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting cookies, or social network cookies for tracking purposes.
3. Manage your cookies
On your first visit, a banner allows you to accept or refuse non-essential cookies. Your choice is stored for six (6) months and can be modified at any time via the « Manage my cookies» link in the footer.

4. Retention periods
In accordance with the CNIL recommendation, cookies and information collected via these cookies are kept for a maximum of thirteen (13) months from their deposit. After this period, your consent will be requested again.

6. Modifications
This policy may be updated to reflect technical or regulatory changes. Any substantial modification will be signaled on the site and will, where applicable, lead to a new collection of your consent.
